My journey into floristry 12 years ago as a Saturday girl in a busy Antrim flower shop! Over the course of seven years, I worked my way up to the role of senior florist! I was then given the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of establishments throughout Northern Ireland.

When I started floristry I had no idea 12 years later I would be opening the doors to my very own flower shop! I studied sport science for 5 years working towards becoming a PE teacher, 1 year away from floristry I realised how much I’d grew to love it! And how a career in sport simply wasn’t for me! Back to floristry I went and a few years later brings us to now!

Many ask why floristry? Apart from being able to express oneself through flowers every day! It's also the customer relationships you develop with each and every individual who passes through the door; you're there to assist them celebrate their accomplishments, but you're also there to support them during difficult times! I may be there simply to chat at times, but I like to spend some time with everyone who visits (Many who know me know I love to chat!).

Now, fast forward to present. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have the support of my husband, mother, father, brothers, mother in law, and father in law! I wouldn't be the florist I am today if it weren't for all of them; they have supported me through the early beginnings and late ends! The hectic and slow periods! So I owe them my gratitude!
